Password Reset Steps
If you have forgotten your password you will be prompted to follow these simple steps.
Single sign on customers will not be able to reset passwords, they should contact their internal help desk for additional information.
Step 1
Please enter the following details as recorded in your IQ Connect profile:
  • Username (please note this field is case sensitive)
    		•
  • Surname
    		•
  • First Name
    		•
  • Email Address
    		•
    Once these details are validated, you will be sent an email containing the security code to the email address as per your IQ Connect profile
    Step 2
  • Please enter the exact security code as received in your email address
    		•
  • Enter your new password.
    		•
  • Enter your new password once again to confirm.
    		•
  • Press the submit button and wait for confirmation
    		•
    Click Here to continue resetting your password...
    Please note: If you have already entered your password in three times incorrectly, your login will be locked and you will need to reactivate your user account via the Password Reset function. The link to Password Reset is available on the login page.
